ISRAELI flag carrier Zim is to raise rates on the westbound Asia-Europe trade in September.
Increases will be US$300 per TEU to Mediterranean and Black Sea ports and $350 per TEU to northern Europe from September 10.
Zim said Wednesday it plans to raise rates on shipments from Asia to Israel by $300 per TEU on September 15. The increases apply to all cargo from Asia except the Indian subcontinent.
