THE cancellation of China's customs supervision charge will come into effect October 1 in a bid to mitigate the heavy pressure on foreign trade companies during such a harsh time caused by the downturn, Xinhua reports.
According to the Ministry of Finance, China will also exempt all inbound and outbound goods from inspection and quarantine fees from October 1 to December 31
These measures are expected to help domestic foreign trade enterprises save CNY 3.5 billion.
