Sales:

Regional Sales Representatives work out of all 8 offices throughout the company. Candidates will sell Transitop services to small to middle size markets determining their total logistical needs. They will be responsible for multi-state locations, will be able to travel, set their own schedules and participate in the development of overall annual sales plans, budgets and forecasting.

Qualified candidates will have their Associates degree, BS/BA preferred, have 3-5 years transportation/logistics industry experience, and have excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of energy, initiative and enthusiasm is required, and/or the ability to generate business quickly.

Operations:

Openings throughout the company for candidates with various levels of logistical experience in either Air/Ocean Import/Export processes. Whether at the entry, supervisor, manager or directorship level, we seek individuals who can demonstrate a successful track record of self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a proven ability to organize, communicate and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Experience in import or exporting with a working knowledge of US Customs procedures and processes is a plus.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree (preferred), 1-10 years experience in the logistics field and excellent customer service skills. Salary commensurate with experience.

Regulatory/Compliance:

Various Transitop offices seek individuals who have their China Customs Broker License. Over the years, we have found that those who have their CHB license are very talented people who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience beyond their expertise in import/exporting.

Qualified candidates will have already passed their CHB examination, 2+ years experience in international logistics and supervisory/management skills. College degree is preferred, but optional.
